We are deeply saddened by the passing of Xavier Douroux in the night of the 28 of June.
Xavier Douroux, co-founder of the Consortium, founder of the Presses du réel was the first to implement the protocol of the Nouveaux commanditaires. Nearly one hundred works bear witness to the importance he attached to the role of art in society. Bereaved but not beaten, we will continue what he started.
