New patrons of Hernani, Basque country
Hernani is a town of some 20.000 inhabitants situated at 20km from San Sebastián. The project interrogates the choice of the names of the streets from a gender perspective. The group, led by the mediator Haizea Barcenilla, begins in May 2014 a two-year process that will go through the selection of an artist and the posterior creation of an art project that responds to the question initially defined.
